"The application of rules with intention to subtly mislead, esp. in relation to moral issues" This project looked at transvestites and how the rules of Gender are often wrongly applied to Sex. I was interested in how society likes to group individuals even when the boundaries can not necessarily be defined. The book was bound in such a way that the contents changed depending on the direction the book is read. The photographs were split so that in one direction those photographed had XY chromosomes and in the other XX. Thus when reading two groups were clearly defined, yet on closer inspection were deeply integrated throughout the pages.
